Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns on new, unworn, and unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Customized items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

 

To start a return, contact us at sanctumwilhelmina@gmail.com with your order number. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.

 

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sanctumwilhelmina@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Customized items and items marked as final sale are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund.
